Recently, while following a "Habits Plan" prescribed by my nutritionist, I came across an interesting way to collect data about the process of dietary reeducation: a daily spreadsheet with questions in each row and days in columns, resembling a "Check Sheet" from the 7 quality tools.

Intrigued about how the nutritionist would interpret this data, the idea of creating a personal project to make this process more efficient emerged. The solution involved creating a system that allows patients to easily fill in the questions, regardless of their location, and nutritionists to view this data in a straightforward manner.

The process was divided into two main parts:

1. Fill-in Form (Google Forms): The questions were transferred to Google Forms, providing an easy and accessible way for patients to record their responses. The form can be filled out anywhere, making it easier to adhere to the plan.

2. Visualization Dashboard: The collected responses are presented in an intuitive dashboard. This simple system allows nutritionists to view their patients' information in an organized and efficient way, making it easier to track the progress of dietary reeducation.
